What is the delivery time?
We do our best to prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Your order will usually be processed the next business day. Once your order is on its way, you can expect it to arrive within approximately 2 to 7 business days from the moment you receive the shipping confirmation.
International orders may take slightly longer due to customs clearance and additional shipping time.

What should I do if I haven't received my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. This allows you to easily see where your package is and when it will arrive.
Sometimes your package will be delivered to a neighbor or a nearby address if you are not at home. It may be worth checking whether someone in your household or neighborhood has already accepted the package for you.
Were you not home when the delivery arrived? Don't worry! The carrier will often try to deliver again or leave instructions on how to pick up your package. Keep an eye on your email for updates about your delivery.
Have you checked everything and your order still hasn't arrived? Please contact our customer service department. Provide your order number and all relevant details so that we can help you quickly and work with you to determine the next steps.

Who is responsible for paying customs duties and taxes?
When your order arrives, you are responsible for any customs duties and taxes. These are not included in your order or the shipping costs.
We understand that this can sometimes be confusing, and unfortunately we have no control over the exact costs. It is wise to contact your local customs office to check what additional costs may apply before you place your order. If customs duties or taxes are not paid or the package is not collected, your order may be returned to us. This may incur additional costs, such as return shipping costs—something we would prefer to avoid, of course.
