Can I return products?
Sorry to hear that – but don't worry, you can return it!
You have 14 days after receiving your order to return your items, as long as they meet these conditions:
- The products are unused and in their original condition.
- The items are undamaged.
- Everything is still in its original packaging.
We charge a fixed fee of €10 for returns (which we will deduct from your refund). If the delivery was incorrect, we will of course cover the costs.

Good to know: some of our products are finished with reactive glaze. This means that slight variations in color and finish are part of the unique character of each piece—and are therefore not a defect, but rather an extra touch of charm.
What will be reimbursed?
Once we have received your returned items, we will ensure that you receive your refund within 14 business days.
The refund covers the total amount of your purchase, minus the fixed return costs of €10.
Shipping costs may also be refunded, depending on the reason for your return:
- Our mistake? No worries (e.g., wrong item, damaged package, defective product, or the product does not match the description)? Then we will reimburse the shipping costs.
- Personal reason: Have you changed your mind or is the item not quite what you wanted? In that case, the shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Returning part of the order: In this case, the shipping costs will not be refunded.
This way, you know exactly where you stand, and returns remain simple and clear.
How long will it take for my payment to be refunded?
Once we have received your returned items, we will refund the amount to the account you used to place the order within 14 business days. Please note: this account cannot be changed.
Did you pay with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard)? Then the refunded amount will only appear on your next (monthly) credit card statement.
Is it always possible to return items, under all circumstances?
You have 14 days after receipt to return items from your order. Within this period, you must notify us that you wish to cancel the purchase agreement. Once you have notified us, you have another 14 days to return the products in their original condition and packaging.
Please note: we reserve the right to withhold the refunded amount if returned items are damaged, missing their original packaging or labels, or are not in resalable condition. This also applies to products purchased during promotions or at a discount.
Can I exchange a product?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer direct exchanges. Would you like a different item, size, or color? No problem! First, return the original product in accordance with our return policy, and then place a new order via our webshop.
This allows us to process your return quickly and refund your money, so that you receive the correct item without delay.
